on and off

Its been a while since I have blogged.
Its not been though that its been a while since I have jogged.
Depends on what you consider as a while though!

Have not been able to jog since Sunday.
Mom was in town and I was busy. Unfortunately, it meant that I had to eat into the jogging time.

But, the jogs have been decently regular.
There is this weird sense of adrenaline rush which makes me want to do it!
Its an urge! A strong urge!
